In the deep woods, the Owl is the keeper of secrets and the silent witness to the forest's history. This piece captures that watchful presence, emerging from the rough-hewn timber to stand sentinel over your garden. (Note: While the guardian is an owl, the home is designed for small songbirds).
The Customization
Carved in low relief, the owl rests quietly within the natural texture of the wood. Below him lies a "Lover's Heart" ā stylized to look like a timeworn carving found on a forest walk.

One of a Kind
This is not a mass-produced item. Every Owl Guardian is carved by hand from a single piece of cedar ā when this piece sells, it's gone. A new one will be carved, but it will carry its own grain, expression, and character. You are buying a completely unique carving.
About the Maker
I'm trained in traditional carving techniques at one of Europe's most prestigious woodcarving schools in the Austrian Alps. My work draws from centuries of methods used in European churches and royal residences. I create from that lineage in my studio in Grapevine, Texas.
