Not every collector will feel his pull, but for those who do, he carries the full weight of the forest. A dry-brush of white pigment traces his features, pulling him into relief from the bark that made him.

About the Maker
I am trained in traditional carving techniques at one of Europe's most prestigious woodcarving schools in the Austrian Alps. My work draws from centuries of methods used in European churches and royal residences. I create from that lineage in my studio in Grapevine, Texas.
